The Noah 8 String Concert offers something rare in the ukulele world: an 8-string configuration in a concert scale. While 8-string tenors are fairly common, concert versions are surprisingly hard to find — and we wanted to change that. This model brings the shimmering, jangly character of an 8-string setup into a comfortable, versatile concert-sized instrument.

This is a fabulous ukulele. It sounds amazing, so rich and full. And the wood on the sides and back just glows. I’ve owned this for a few months, and keep picking it up, it’s so lovely to play. And no problem transitioning from 4-string to 8-string. Highly recommended – I’d tried a friend’s 8-string by another brand first, but the Noah is on another level of sound and craftsmanship.

I absolutely love this ukulele! I already owned a different brand of 8-string tenor, but prefer the smaller size of the concert, so hoped this would be perfect for me… and it is! So well-made, comfortable to hold and play and produces es a rich, rounded sound that is somehow both mellow and jangly at the same time. It’s great for all strumming techniques, and works well for ‘picky bits’ too – although a whole song’s-worth of finger picking is probably better done on a 4-string. Hence, I feel a Noah purchase no. 2 coming on…

More than delighted with this Uke. The wood is beautiful and the craftsmanship superb. The feel of the Ukulele is definitely different to a factory built one, somehow it has more heart.
Playability is fabulous with a great action, and the strings sound great. I asked Matt what they were as I was so impressed and he tells me they’re GHS ones. I was surprised but in a pleasant way. They really compliment the Uke very well providing a richness of tone whilst also giving a brightness that one would hope for in an 8 string.
Honestly I’m so delighted with this that I can guarantee my next Uke will be a Noah as well.

This is my 1st Noah Ukulele and it certainly won’t be the last.
I’ve been looking for a concert 8 string for a few years now and couldn’t find 1 until I came across this little gem.
Only got it today and can’t put it down. It’s the right size for me and it’s sound is absolutely brilliant. It’s got volume and it’s comfortable to play.
