I personally check over every instrument, carefully package it up, and take it to the post office myself. So you can expect a truly personal service – the kind you don’t get from big box shops!

📦 Free UK Shipping – Fast & Reliable

All ukuleles come with free UK shipping, and I aim for you to receive your instrument within 2 working days of placing your order. I use DPD’s next-day delivery service, which means:

  • You’ll get a 1-hour delivery window by text on the morning of your delivery day
  • You can track your parcel all the way to your doorstep
  • DPD are, in my experience, very reliable – I trust them to get your uke to you safe and sound

Every ukulele is sent in a soft padded case, and I take great care to package everything securely to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

📅 Special Delivery Requests

Because I’m a small, hands-on business, I can be flexible. If you’d like your ukulele to arrive on a specific weekday, just drop me a note when you order (or send me an email) – I’ll do my best to make it happen!

🌍 International Orders

I’m always happy to ship my ukuleles around the world! At the moment, my website can’t process overseas orders directly, but if you’re outside the UK and would like to order, please just send me an email at matt@noahukuleles.com.

I’ll reply with a shipping quote, and if you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send you a PayPal invoice so you can complete the purchase easily.

🔁 Returns

Returns are very rare – which I think says a lot about the care that goes into every Noah ukulele! Each instrument is carefully inspected by our talented luthier, Mr Anh, before it leaves the workshop – and then again by me before I post it out to you.

But if you do change your mind, that’s absolutely fine. You can return your ukulele within 28 days of receiving it for a full refund. Just get in touch with me directly and I’ll guide you through the process.
