Description
We had stopped making this model for a period of time due to CITES restrictions which affected the use of Rosewood. However, these restrictions were lifted in 2019, so we have reintroduced it and added some changes to the design.
It now has a similar body shape to the Classic Sunburst and the same slotted headstock. Finally, we have added what we think is an attractive pin bridge which makes string changing even easier.
In terms of sound, the woods complement each other really well, giving not only a sweet tone but also a wonderful projection both when strummed and finger-picked. It is supplied with Aquila strings and a soft padded case.
This model was reviewed in June 2020 by Barry Maz on the Got a Ukulele website and received an overall rating of 9.1 out of 10! You can read the full review by clicking here.

My Noah Spruce top / rosewood electro-tenor (cutaway) arrived last week, so not too many hours played yet, though I am rapidly building them up. It’s a joy. The set up is superb, with the action as good as anything I’ve played/seen. Tonally it is a little more reserved than some, but that’s no bad thing. It’s such a sweet sound and if I need more, I can just plug it in! I’ll be back once finances permit.

I started my ukulele playing eight years ago from scratch on a tenor and have purchased several/many of other sizes since but I haven’t been entirely happy with any of them for my preferred type of music.
I read Barry Maz review of the the Electro Rosewood Spruce tenor and was immediately impressed. I’ve had mine three weeks or so now and it is amazing with fabulous volume and amazing sustain that I’ve never had on any of my others. I love it and I’ll be back for the super tenor soon.
