What is your returns policy?

I believe 100% in the quality of my ukuleles and am confident that you will think the same too. As a result, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your ukulele, I allow you up to 14 days to change your mind and return it to in exchange for a full refund. You are responsible for postage costs and the ukulele must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Can I buy a Noah ukulele outside of the UK?

Yes you can! I am now shipping worldwide, although currently you can’t place an order via the website. However, you can order via email and I will send an invoice which can be paid through PayPal.

Are custom options / designs available?

Yes, I welcome all requests for custom designs. However, you should be aware you will normally have to wait between 3 – 6 months to receive your ukulele to allow for design / build time.

Does my ukulele come with a warranty?

Yes, all Noah Ukuleles come with a 12 month warranty valid from the date of the original retail purchase. Please ensure you complete the warranty form after making your purchase.

Can I become an authorised Noah Ukuleles dealer?
