Description
The Noah Mahogany Tenor has been a real hit with ukulele players who are looking for that wonderfully warm tone that mahogany brings. In addition to the rich and resonant sound, the mahogany that we are currently using has a beautifully curly figured wood grain which really sets it apart from other instruments. It has a bone nut and saddle, chrome geared tuners and is supplied with a soft padded case.

Purchased a Tenor a couple of years ago, I instantly loved it and still do. Between my daughter and myself we have seven ukes, the Noah being at the top alongside a Cordoba tenor and just above a Kala concert. The Noah’s done a few gigs and festivals and been spot on everytime, Two years of hard work and the 1st string snapped just an our ago, That’s good going! A great purchase.

I bought my mahogany Noah tenor after reading the positive things Baz Maz had to say about the brand. I just love playing it and before I got it I always said that I was saving up as I wanted to own a Martin or a Pono. Now? I’m perfectly happy with my Noah and wouldn’t swap it for any other uke. You will not do better than Noah for price and I think it’s worth every penny I paid for it. Also, Matt is a really good guy to deal with.

I’d hoped to get hold of what I thought was the last of the Noah spruce/rosewood tenors, but discovered they’d all gone. Matt’s promise of postage-paid return, if I didn’t like it, persuaded me to try a mahogany model, and I’m very glad I did. I now have (and will be keeping!) a mellow,
‘open-sounding’ ukulele, very suitable for the Early Music I aspire to play. I’ve played all sorts of guitar for over 55 years, and I’m well-used to quality instruments. This one is no exception. Matt’s persuasiveness, enthusiasm and advice made it a pleasure to deal with him, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am stunned. My Noah mahogany tenor ukulele arrived ten days early this morning. The mahogany is richly figured, the abalone gorgeous and the tone sugar-sweet. Precision-built by a consummate craftsman. Thank you for my ukulele, T.T. Anh. Now I will have to practise hard for the rest of my life to justify owning such a beautiful instrument.
